The purpose of the caucuses is to create opportunities for ACDC to hear and learn from various constituents on issues that need attention or need to be addressed, while also building and strengthening relationships within communities. The caucuses would each have a liaison, appointed by the chairman, who would be the "voice" for the caucus members. The liaison would hold meetings and/or social events with the caucus members, and then bring back to ACDC any vital feedback.
